I started DreamBand because I needed a better way to care for myself.

As a mom in burnout recovery, I struggled to sleep, meditate, and stay present. Regular earbuds would fall out or hurt my ears — especially when lying down.

Then I found this soft, Bluetooth headband and it changed everything. I use it to meditate, listen to audiobooks, and even fall asleep peacefully.

Simply remove the speakers and Bluetooth module, toss the headband in the wash, and slip the components back in once it's dry. Easy and clean!
